Please book accordingly and respect your scheduled appointment time. Please review all policies before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable appointment experience. ⸻ Appointment Prep Requirements To ensure your style lasts longer and looks its best, please arrive fully prepared for your service. • Hair must be freshly washed and completely detangled • No oils, leave-in conditioners, or heavy products in the hair • Natural hair must be ready for braiding or loc installation ⚠️ Clients who arrive unprepared may be rescheduled or charged an additional prep fee. ⸻ Client Intake Form After booking your appointment, please make sure to complete your GlossGenius intake form and questionnaire before your scheduled service. This allows me to properly prepare for your appointment and provide the best experience possible. ⸻ Off-Day Appointment Requests (Available Mondays & Tuesdays Only) Need an appointment on one of my off days? I may be able to accommodate depending on availability. A $75 off-day booking fee is required to secure these appointments. • Fee must be paid in advance • Fee is non-refundable ⸻ Service Satisfaction Policy My goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and satisfied with their style. If you experience any issues with your service, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment so the concern can be reviewed and addressed. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service to the card on file. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be able to book in the future. • Due to deposits being used for the purchase of products and hair used for your style Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE ( no exceptions ) Late Arrivals: • If you are 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your total. • If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Consistent lateness may affect your ability to book in the future. I understand emergencies happen — please communicate with me as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
